Jen Leonard

Jen Leonard is the Founder of Creative Lawyers, a company that works with leaders in legal to drive creative solutions that respond to an era of significant change. She is the host of several podcasts, including Fast-Tracked: Emergent Issues in the Legal Profession (Practising Law Institute) and 2030 Vision: AI and the Future of Law (co-hosted with Bridget McCormack, President and CEO of the American Arbitration Association). She was recently named one of ABA’s Women in Legal Tech and serves on the Board of Pro Bono Institute. Leonard practiced law for ten years after graduating from Penn Law.

Rachel Dooley

Rachel Dooley serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Kirkland & Ellis, helping to shape strategy around AI and the future of legal service delivery. Dooley is an experienced technology lawyer who is lit up by emerging technology—including quantum computing, AI, cloud infrastructure and transformation, and data and ethics—and taking a design thinking approach to complex problems. As a lawyer, Dooley regularly advised clients on cutting-edge issues in emerging technology, including AI/ML and Cloud, and future-facing technology like Quantum Computing.
