Amanda Todorovich, Executive Director of Digital Marketing at Cleveland Clinic, shares early lessons learned in leading the implementation of AI in a corporate marketing environment. Cleveland Clinic started its AI journey in early 2023. The team has established an internal marketing AI council, partnered with a clinical/corporate AI task force, implemented a marketing communications division-wide education plan, initiated several pilots and navigated regulations, cybersecurity reviews and much more in this short time. Hear about their strategic approach and roadmap process, mistakes made, lessons learned, key successes and what they still have planned for the future.

Amanda Todorovich

Amanda Todorovich is the Enterprise Executive Director of Digital Marketing at Cleveland Clinic. In her role, she leads a team of 100+ caregivers responsible for the website, blog, social media, video, podcasts, email and more. The Cleveland Clinic website is among the top 30 most-visited sites in the world. Todorovich joined Cleveland Clinic in 2013. In 2016, she was named Content Marketer of the Year by Content Marketing Institute. She is also a 2019 inductee of the Healthcare Internet Hall of Fame Innovative Individuals. Previously, she was the Chief Content Officer and co-founder of MedCity News. Todorovich holds a bachelor’s in public relations from Ohio Northern University and a master’s in communication from The University of Akron.
