Jane Alexander is the Chief Digital Information Officer at the Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA), where she has led transformative digital initiatives that position the museum at the forefront of technological innovation. She pioneered the creation of the award-winning ArtLens Gallery (formerly Gallery One) and ArtLens app, integrating AI technologies such as gesture-based interactions, eye-tracking, and other advanced AI-driven tools from their inception. In 2019, Alexander launched CMA’s Open Access initiative, providing public access to high-resolution images and metadata, setting new industry standards. During the pandemic, she further advanced the museum’s digital strategy by developing online AI toolsets like ArtLens for Slack and Share Your View. Alexander also led the first scholarly, immersive mixed-reality exhibition, ‘Revealing Krishna.’

Conley oversees information technology, broadcasting, business intelligence, data governance and emerging technology for the organization. Cathy McPhillips is Chief Growth Officer at the Marketing AI Institute, overseeing marketing, growth, and customer experience, including MAICON and AI Academy for Marketers. Previously, Cathy led marketing at Content Marketing Institute and Content Marketing World, managed community growth for Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign, and owned her own strategic digital marketing business focused on restaurants and the service sector.
