Christi Olson
Course Duration: 34 minutes
Course Released: July 2020
Level: Beginner
Lifetime access with membership
The age of touch as the primary user interface between consumers and devices is being disrupted. We’re entering the uncharted territory of voice and conversational interfaces led by Internet of Things (IoT) and connected devices—from smart home speakers and other connected home devices, to in-car infotainment systems, to AR/VR devices.

In this Course, learn how AI-based cognitive services are changing how people can interact with virtual assistants and their voice, and, at a high level, how marketers should consider these tools for consumer-based interactions as a new marketing channel.
